What we collect

Your name, email and business name; the scripts, character art, voiceovers and other files you upload to your studio console; the Cartoons generated for you; messages with us; and your seconds balance and purchase history. When you pay, PayPal tells us your payment succeeded; we never receive your card details.

When, and only when, you submit the sign-up or contact form, we also record your IP address, the city and country it resolves to, and your browser’s timezone, to spot spam and know when to reply. Simply browsing the site does not trigger this.

How we use it

To review your sign-up, generate and deliver your Cartoons, talk to you about your account, and occasionally share studio news, with an opt-out in every message. We never sell data, and we never use your uploads to promote ReelToons without your permission.

Your uploads stay private

Scripts, character art, voiceovers and brand assets are accessible only to BlueGrey staff bound by confidentiality and to the AI models needed to generate your Cartoon. They are never shared with anyone else. Portfolio pieces are published only with the client’s permission.

AI model providers

To generate your Cartoon, our engine sends the relevant parts of your script, character art, voiceover and brand assets to the generative AI providers that draw, animate and voice it. These may include Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, ByteDance, ElevenLabs and Suno. Each processes that data under its own API terms and privacy policy.

Other processors

Accounts, messages and balances are stored with Supabase. Files you upload are stored with Cloudflare (R2). Payments are processed by PayPal. Sign-in and account emails are sent by Resend. Form submissions are also delivered to Google (Apps Script and Sheets). The IP lookup described in section 1 is performed by ipwho.is at the moment you submit. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel.

Retention

We keep generated Cartoons and your uploads so you can download and regenerate them. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Sign-ups that never become orders are deleted on request, or automatically after 24 months.

Cookies & storage

Minimal and functional: your sign-in session and a few on-device preferences (like where you dragged the little frame counter). No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no dark patterns.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@reeltoons.site. We respond within 30 days.
